Over the next four weeks, I will be gaining weight. When I’m working with a new client, something that frustrates me is that they are obsessed with their weight and weight loss. Women constantly tell me that they want to lose weight and they only feel successful when they have done so. As you’ve noticed, I’ve been making an effort to make women stop looking at their overall weight on the scale and start looking at their body composition. What I’ve planned is to show how I’m going to gain weight, lower my body fat percentage and look leaner in four weeks. I will also be sharing client stories that will give you more insight into why you should look at your body fat percentage instead of overall weight. I’m calling this series my #weightless mission.
