Is BFB right for you?


Body Fat Burn is only for those ready to make a change. What I offer is a proven program to help women lose body fat, gain muscle tissue and feel more confident in their body. If you say yes to all the questions below, then let's get to work!

  1. Are you ready to make a change to your current fitness lifestyle?

  2. Can you exercise up to five times per week for between 30-60 min?

  3. Do you have access to a gym or some fitness equipment?

  4. Are you a female?

Still with me? Awesome. The Body Fat Burn Program is an 8 week long challenge and transformation to your body and habits. During this time, you will complete five workouts per week. Two of the workouts will be 30-60min interval or HIIT cardiovascular sessions. These exercises are designed to help you burn body fat and increase your resting metabolism. You will also complete two lighter strength training days. These sessions will consist of a cardio circuit designed to get your heart rate into the body fat burning zone. A lower body circuit and an upper body circuit will follow the cardio. Finally, you will complete one heavy weightlifitng strength training day. These three strength training days will help increase muscle mass and resting metabolism. All of these workouts will total five sessions per week.

I also customize each strength training session to your abilities and equipment availability. So long as you answer yes to the above questions, I can give you exercises that are appropriate and possible for you.

Still have your doubts that you will see a change? Understandable. Most women do when I start them on this program. But if you trust the process and complete the workouts as stated, you will see results. I promise.
