
Here is my favorite VEGAN protein recipe, chickpea cutlets. Took a picture from my recipe book so you can see my notes and I calculated macros too. I typically toss it on top of a salad, or pair it with protein pasta and a slice of cheese (which gets you over 30grams for a meal), or sometimes just eat them plain because I am addicted to them. Made 2 batches tonight to have for the week!

above it link for the quinoa jambalaya - i don't always follow the exact recipe. I always add the quinoa and shrimp. I sub chicken sausage for chicken sometimes. I always add fresh garlic. great dish for leftovers.

i am having a hard time loading photos but, I have two high protein snack options
1. 365 Brand (whole foods) organic light string cheese 60 kcals/3 g fat/ 8 g protein (good, a bit salty)
2. found at Harris Teeter 0 Cabot brand lite white sharp cheddar cheese 50 kcals, 3 g fat, 6 g pro.
