    The Protein Challenge

    OMG! I came home a ripped my lunch apart for tomorrow! I love a challenge and so for Tuesday and Wednesday, both work days, I'm going to eat what I have and toss the fat out the window.... My kitchen looks like a bookstore gone bad...cookbooks and recipes everywhere.... If I hit on a recipe that has a good amount of protein, I'll certainly share it! Good luck you awesome ladies!

    Haha! I'm such a dummy - downloaded the app and couldn't see where the "nutrition" button was to share cals - and couldn't figure out how to track cals without paying ... well I downloaded the WRONG app! Downloaded Myfitnessbuddy, not Myfitnesspal! OK, back to the basics ... 'night all!!
