When we did p90x for swim team in high school, Tony Horton was always the corny guy to distract us from the pain but he actually has some really inspirational quotes! Seems simple but my favorite is "You can do anything for 30 seconds"he's not the first to say it or the last time I heard it but I always think about it when a cardio circuit seems overwhelming or a to break up a 90 second spin class interval
