I will be discussing possible solutions to the loss of parking, registration for the Spring launch of the BFB Programs, Saturday BFB group sessions, scheduling coaching sessions and tomorrow's BFB Galentine's Day event.

BFB Spring Programs

I'm offering my Core BFB participants the opportunity to upgrade to the BFB Limitless Program at the $99/month rate.

Rowing Machine Challenge: Race to the End
Time: as long as it takes, should be under 30 minutes but could be longer with breaks

Complete a 500m distance at a comfortable pace Then enter your first endurance challenge of 500m at a challenging pace You will be alternating between a comfortable pace and a challenging pace You will alternate at the top of each 500m.
Beginner Distance: 3000m
Intermediate Distance: 4000m

To avoid a $15 penalty, please cancel your reservation to a BFB group session ONE HOUR before the start time of the session. Because most BFB group sessions have reached capacity and there is usually a waitlist, I will need to enforce the no show or late cancellation policy. Saturday BFB Group Sessions
Starting Saturday, March 7th, I will be adding a BFB group session time every Saturday at 10am. In order for me to accommodate another work day on my schedule, I will be having a different trainer (Matt Monson) lead the BFB group session times on Tuesday 6am and 9:30am. One of my goals for 2020 is to offer more BFB session times and I need to work with another trainer to make this possible. I know that many of you have asked for a weekend workout and I’m happy to be able to offer this time!
BFB Limitless Program - 30 min Coaching Sessions
If you have chosen the BFB Limitless Program, you have (1) 30 min Coaching Session remaining with me.
I recommend booking ASAP because popular times will go quickly and the available times you see online is my true availability!
These are no longer available after Friday, 2/28!
During our coaching session, we will:
-complete an InBody scan to determine your body fat percentage
-discuss potential roadblocks to your success and develop techniques to help
-review your food journal (should you want to complete one) to find adjustments that will help you lose fat and gain muscle
-any other items you would like to go over
For these coaching sessions: I will not accept ANY reschedule requests at ANY time.
I hate to be harsh but I have a lot of coaching sessions to get through!
Please pick a session time that you will 100% prioritize in your schedule.
I don't want you to lose out on your coaching sessions so plan your life around that time!
The North lot (the one near Standard Produce) will be closing on Sunday, March 1st. This lot will stay closed until the end of 2021.
I have been told that "parking solutions" have been created to handle this loss in parking but I fear they will not adequately solve the parking chaos.
I am exploring the idea of moving some of the BFB group sessions to either the Square or Pantops acac locations. At this time, I'm not sure if I will move all of the BFB group session workouts, only some of them or not move locations at all. To help me make the decision that is best for the most amount of BFB-ers plus the other clients that I work with during the day, I have created a survey.
If you are interested in joining the BFB Spring Programs but are nervous about parking or how a location change will affect your life, I'm offering every participant the option to cancel their membership to the BFB Spring Programs by March 31st. That means you can sign-up for the 3 month commitment, see how the month of March goes and if the parking/new location is too difficult, I will allow you to cancel your April and May charges for the BFB Spring Programs. I know this will be a big change for everyone and I'm personally not happy about it. But instead of simply complaining, let's see if we can create some proactive solutions!
