    Spring Challenges

    One of the extra items that you receive for being a part of the BFB Spring Programs is access to health and wellness challenges over the next three months. This is a great way to stay motivated and accountable during these holidays and colder months. By completing challenges, you will receive raffle tickets that can then be turned in to gift cards, services at the acac spa, swag item, future training with me and much more.


    I will be having some ongoing challenges over the spring and some weekly challenges for a short burst of motivation. Also, some of the challenges may be in partners or teams! This may be a good time to start to connect with your fellow BFB women at a BFB group workout and exchange contact information. The partner and team challenges are awarded the highest quantity of raffle tickets so start to scope out your team now!


    Spring Challenges:

    Below I have listed the details and directions for each challenge. Please note that some of the challenges are on an honor system.

    INDIVIDUAL: Earn 1 raffle ticket for each BFB group workout that you attend.

    • You can earn up to 8 raffle tickets per month

    • You must register for your workout session on my website. That is how I will log your attendance. No need to email me that you attended if you are registered online.


    INDIVIDUAL: Earn 5 raffle tickets if you consume more than 100g of protein per day in a week

    • Download the MyFitnessPal app

    • At the end of each day, screenshot the "Nutrients" section from pressing on the "NUTRITION" button at the bottom of your diary

    • Every Monday, send me all 7 screenshots that show your protein totals over 100g (previous Monday - Sunday)


    INDIVIDUAL: Earn 1 raffle ticket for every 500m that you row on the rowing machine or every 10 floors that you climb on the Stairmaster.

    • Take a picture of your output/distance on the machine and email that over to me

    • For example: If you climb 80 floors, you will get 8 raffle tickets. If you row 3000m, you will receive 6 raffle tickets


    INDIVIDUAL: Earn 5 raffle tickets when you attend a BFB event (not a workout)

    • For example: a BFB Brunch, Happy Hour or other BFB event

    • You can earn up to 10 raffle tickets per month


    MAINTAIN - INDIVIDUAL: Earn 2 raffle tickets if you attend 5 group workouts in a month

    • For example, in the month of March, you need to use all (5) of the BFB group sessions on your acac account.

    • You must register for your workout session on my website. That is how I will log your attendance.


    LIMITLESS & SHIFT - INDIVIDUAL: Earn 5 raffle tickets if you can attend 2 group workouts per week and 8 group workouts within that month

    • For example, in the month of March, you need to attend at least 2 groups workouts per week and at least 8 groups in a month. April would be a new month.

    • You must register for your workout session on my website. That is how I will log your attendance.


    TEAM: Earn 10 raffle tickets if you can workout with 4 other BFB participants outside of a BFB group workout

    • You could do 2 partner groups, 4 individuals, OR 1 partner group and 2 individuals. It doesn't matter to me but try to get 4 of you together for a workout!

    • You must email me stating who all participated and when the workout was completed. I would personally love a photo!

    • You can earn up to 10 raffle tickets per month for this challenge
