Hi again, BFB ladies! It helped yesterday to know that I was posting here -- I was sure to do one of Katie's fantastic recorded sessions (30 minute HIIT) and chose high protein and veggie/fruit snacks while glugging water all day long. Today I am about to hop on the live ITBC session and am on track to meet protein goals with zucchini/local beef lasagna planned for dinner. It was a busy morning so I'm behind on drinking water but I'm making that a priority.
