Hi BFB Ladies! Hope it's okay to start this (Katie, let me know if not!). Years ago I used to post in a running forum where we had a daily thread to post what we did each day -- it kept us all accountable and connected. Last week was a bit of a cluster getting set up and triaged - now I'm getting back on track and systems in place. It would help me immensely to post somewhere "publicly" each day with what I'm doing for exercise, to meet my food goals, and other goals. I'd love it if any of you want to join me with a daily thread, but I'm happy to just talk to myself - can't be all that different from talking into webcam for Zoom teleconferences all day! ;)
