    #WFH Accountability Thread

    Hi BFB Ladies! Hope it's okay to start this (Katie, let me know if not!). Years ago I used to post in a running forum where we had a daily thread to post what we did each day -- it kept us all accountable and connected. Last week was a bit of a cluster getting set up and triaged - now I'm getting back on track and systems in place. It would help me immensely to post somewhere "publicly" each day with what I'm doing for exercise, to meet my food goals, and other goals. I'd love it if any of you want to join me with a daily thread, but I'm happy to just talk to myself - can't be all that different from talking into webcam for Zoom teleconferences all day! ;)

    Yesterday I did my midweek weights routine and met the 100 grams of protein goal. I tried to drink my bodyweight in water, but didn't quite get there -- was talking too much on conference calls!


    Today I plan to do the at home HIIT workout that Katie prerecorded last week and try to drop in to the 12:30 Zoom. I have my meals planned to hit 100 grams of protein, including my usual Greek yogurt breakfast, a lunch salad and pork chops from our local meat share for dinner. My big water bottle is next to me ready to glug through calls, and I am adding a goal of standing and walking around the house between meetings.

    @Jessica Z. I love this accountability move! Also, let us know about that pork chop recipe! We could always another protein packed meal idea

    @Katie Spangler No real recipe since the local meat doesn't need much. We just season it with some Bonsari citrus mix then broil it for a bit. Delicious! Ate it with some roasted broccoli - yum.

    This is great and I need it too! Having a hard time staying motivated and not mindlessly snacking throughout the day.

    Hi @caitlinmarcotte! I miss seeing you. Come join a daily accountability thread with me! Just knowing that I would be reporting here that I did, in fact, drink my water, eat my protein and complete Katie's fantastic HIIT workout kept me on track. Otherwise I'll just keep talking to myself ... or maybe others will be encouraged to join in. We could also take it to the Slack channel.
