TODAY at 12:30pm, we are doing our first LIVE Indoor Bootcamp workout on Zoom conferencing. The workout will be a HIIT Flow. Here is a description of the workout: We will be going through a 30min HIIT Flow today. During the workout, we will be doing yoga-inspired cardio movements to break a sweat and gain more flexibility. No equipment needed! Mat is optional.
I am hoping to hold a LIVE Indoor Bootcamp workout every weekday (Monday-Friday) at 12:30pm until the club reopens.
To attend the workout, please use the links and information that I sent out in an email. If you need that resent, let me know. I will not be providing the links and password the workout on the Forum. You will need to provide the Meeting ID and password in order to log in. During the workout, you do not need to turn your camera on. You may simply watch me and follow along with the exercises.
I will also be recording this workout for you to view on your time. I have already shared another 30 min HIIT workout with you. Please let me know if you did not receive my request to share the video with you.
The fee to attend this workout is included in your BFB Program package. If you know of someone interested, please let me know and I will send them the meeting information ($10/session for acac members and non-members).
