    I think about this on and off all the time: Am I doing enough?

    I meet with Katie for BFB 3 x a week. Is it enough?

    I spin on Saturday and Sunday, 45 minutes, average watts: 155, 12-14 miles in each session...

    Is it enough?

    I usually don't hit the gym on Tuesday or Wednesday because of work.

    I do my Yoga warmups every morning, except Friday. Is it enough?

    I certainly don't want to be a gym rat, but I felt like the week of the BIG challenge, I was heading that way...

    Yes, your body needs to recover, but should I be doing more weight training? More cardio? More stretching? And if the answer is yes, on my nonKatie BFB days?

    Am I ranting? YES....
