    Let's go back to our Wellness Wheel during the holiday season...

    With the treats and higher fat foods on your place plus not a lot of time for exercise, your physical wellness could take a hit during the holiday season. And that's ok! Maybe for the next two weeks, let's focus on our mental, emotional, social and spiritual wellness. Instead of stressing about how you haven't worked out in two days, think about how your mind feels with a couple days off from work or how your heart feels after being surrounded by loved ones. We still have plenty of workouts on the schedule for 2020 so let your body take a break and give your head and heart some fitness!
