    How are you feeling with the darker and colder days upon us? Have you diagnosed yourself with seasonal affectiveness disorder? That's ok!

    I'm extremely light sensitive and waking up to complete darkness doesn't motivate me to get out of bed. For the last 15 years, I've been using a sunrise alarm clock and it is the only way I can wake up in the morning! I'd recommend buying one that has a sunset feature. After I've sent my alarm for the next morning, my alarm clock will gently fade for the next 30 minutes until reaching complete darkness. I find that it helps me fall asleep and then wake up the next morning.  If you've been having trouble getting up or feeling down about the lack of sun in your life, I would make the investment into one of these alarm clocks.
